Why is there no business banking window at tellers at Nedbank!? The so called cashier for business banking is also the cashier for pensions etc. What a mission to get some change for our business. We cannot stand in a queue for 45 minutes just to get change on a daily basis. Thank goodness there is Internet banking otherwise I would have to employ an extra person just to stand in the queue all day.
