I have recently purchased a vehicle and requested the dealer to arrange finance through their own finance staff as this is always the quickest and my own bank (nedbank) never gets it approved as quick, having tried numerous times. The same day i had to go to do banking and told Jackson (at nedbank) that i applied for financing with all the other banks. He asked me to give him another chance and promised the best interest rate. The next day he was not at the branch but still phoned me at 8am and again at 12pm to confirm that finance was approved and he beat all the other banks interest rate. I have been with nedbank for more than 14 years and they have made many mistakes that would have me changing banks but every time Jackson saved the day. I dont think nedbank has any idea what an asset they have with this staff member. Thanx Jackson, keep up the professional standards that i have grown used to when dealing with you. Steve Badenhorst
