Sometime in January 2013 I called Dial Direct for a quotation, I spoke to one Secheba (call centre agent) who quoted me, unfortunately that was too expensive for me so I didn't take the policy and I haven't had the car for which I needed Insurance. But Secheba insisted on putting the cover on hold so that if I change my mind after buying the car the he would just have to activate the policy and not start from the beginning again, that was not a problem. But came end of February and I was billed about R1585.56 car insurance by Dial Direct. First, I didn't buy that car, and second I didn't give consent as for Secheba to activate the cover. Now I have been sent from pillar to post for my money. I really need that money. That money was taken illegally and I want it back as soon as possible. Please help.
