We are a company that wanted to pay our international supplier from our dollar account. We handed the forms to the bank on the 21st of February 2013. Today is the 28th and the payment is still not processed. We received an email from Absa, after enquiring about the payment that read we will have our proof of payment today. We still have not received any proof of payment. This is upsetting our suppliers and giving our company a bad name, even though it is not our fault the supplier is not receiving their funds.
