Dial Direct unauthorized debiting of my account

I phoned dial direct for a comparative quote to compare my current insurance and what they can offer me. I went throught the whole rigmaroll answering all the questions providing details. I DID NOT give the go ahead to start a policy. This whole week i have been hounded by this company to confirm if I want the policy. Yesterday, I finally said no, I do not want the policy as the amount I was to save would not be viable for the amount of effort I have to go through to change policies. This morning (not even 24 hours later) i received a notification from my bank stating the policy was activated and a bedit went off. Yesterday, part of the sales pitch, they said they will waver the activation fee of R200 odd if I take it, and I was still not interested. This was also debited from my account.

Now when I phone to enquire this, they say that the policy was activated yesterday. No my account is in an overdraft (I get penalized) and when i tell them to reverse it as I did not want the policy, they say I must call my bank to reverse it. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING!!!

This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
