Three weeks ago my debit card on my company account decided to stop working at the ATM. I called the customer number 0860263362 only to find that FNB decided to cancel all business debit cards, apparently. I was assured that i would have a new one withing 5 days and it would be sent to my office. I haven't received a call yet. This morning i called again only to be told that 'Admin' haven't processed the request yet. My gripe is not with the total disregard for customer service but that the buck is passed every time. I couldn't care how many departments are running behind the scenes. When I call someone they are the Face of FNB and need to sort my issue out promptly and efficiently. After all I do pay their salaries with my service fees or should I stop paying the fees because I haven't received my card yet? I am disgusted with the service i get from the FNB! Your company focus is more based on bringing in business than retaining it. I have 5 days to decide if I stay with FNB or if I move to Nedbank!!! After all, I have never had an issue with them on my personal accounts in the last 30 years!!!
