I have received a ref nr 264164 for a complaint I have lodged on Hellopeter RE FNB that has decreased my limit on my credit card by R500 WITHOUT notifying me and taking my LAST R500 I would have used to get to work and back next week. Leaving me with R27. Today I got a notification that my balance is now higher than what it was 3 days ago, in fact by R300 more and my last R27 has also been taken out of my account. HOW THE IS THAT POSSIBLE if I can't even USE IT?! Funny thing is, I have been paying money into that account on a monthly basis round about the 25th - 1st. That account has also been brought up to date with money that was taken out of my cheque account, which I have not complained about. How do you expect me to pay my bills if I won't be able to make it to work at all next week and then get fired due to you being smart? I need feedback and ADVICE TODAY! If I don't get that then I will take the next step.
