On my birthday:
I asked the cashier to take R300.00 from my cheque account, attempting to pay my mom's acc.. I was told it is short payment, I then responded by saying to the lady I can only afford to pay R300.00 and my mother would pay the rest of the money required as Im just trying to help, " I still have my own bills to pay.
Signing the receipt I realized She took R500 instead of R300, I said lady I told you I cannot pay the full amount can you please reverse the R200. The supervisor was called &in front of me, she told her I claim that i told her to take R300.00. Both ladies said it cannot be reversed since it's not a credit card, when I made it clear to them
that I know it can be, I was then told it will take days! After signing the reversal receipt, I was asked loudly R300? I realized that she wasnt taking it from the R500 I told her to stop but she continued demanded that I sign as she asked If I was paying R300, when I asked them why didn't they explain & told them I was unhappy with them not
communicating with me & now R800 is taken out of my account. They both blamed me! the supervisor said okay we're sorry then! She was not sincere, sorry then just for me to go.
