On the 25th I withdrew money from an atm, it declined my transaction, which means i didnt get the money, i received a sms notification from FNB that i withdrew the money and its gone off my account. Just as i dialed FNB, i received another sms notification, saying that the transaction has been reversed. so, i withdrew money again, this time getting it.

Last week, I noticed that the money in my account is short, after calculating it, i realized that the amount that was declined on the 25th, was missing from my account anyways, after they sent me a message saying that its been reversed.

I phoned FNB on thursday to enquire about it. it was laying in my unauthorized payments that hasnt gone through yet... i asked them to transfer it then back to my available balance, they sent me through forms i needed to fill in, which i did, today is a week, i phoned them 3 times during the week already, cause i want my money, it is mine as far as i know, they just dont release my money for me to use. I still havent heard a thing from FNB, i phoned this morning AGAIN, now i have to wait for some email. what nonsence is this, all this effort, to get them to release YOUR OWN money...
