I left my previous employer almost a year ago and I am still needing to have my provident fund paid out, after numerous phone calls and going around in circles, I am no closer to receiving my money. According to my previous employer, I need to contact Alexander Forbes directly, Alexander Forbes then advised that I speak to my previous employer to get this instruction issued, and so the roundabout goes on. The Alexander Forbes call centre refuses to contact my previous employer to resolve this matter (as they cannot make any outgoing calls) and the supervisor at AF is not assisting in this process either.
The reference number for the call made through their call centre is CAS-304400-W1L1B9 and the policy number is M01606804.
I would like this matter to be resolved immediately with payment of the funds into my account ASAP.
