48 hours respons became a week and half now

Last week Tuesday I send my payslip and bank statements through for a credit increase and they told me it will take 48 hours for review.
I phoned on Friday again and spoke to Lerato. She promise me she will go and see if they did received my documents and will come back to me, but because it is a Friday it will take another 48 hours. She did not come back to me.
I phoned again on Monday and this time I spoke to Phumla. She told me the documents were received and mark it as urgent. I explained to her that I need to know asap if it was approved. She then spoke to a supervisor and the supervisor promised to sort it out that same day and they will get back to me.
Tuesday still nothing and I called again. Unfortunately I can not remember who I talked to. She also talked to her supervisor and again I was promised they will mark it as urgent and the supervisor will sort it out that day.
Wednesday came and gone, still no feedback.
Today I called again and spoke to Sihle. I could not get any feedback from her and I asked her if I can speak to a supervisor. NO SUPERVISOR AVAILABLE!!!
It's been a week and half now, I am frustrated, angry and upset.
it is the worse customer service
