I got help from Hellopeter for my Queenspark acc and Autopage account which I thought was sorted out only to find out that they have listed me as a bad payer. I cannot get a loan even though I have 3 good home loan accounts, vehicle financing through Wesbank, 2 successful businesses, a credit card in good standing, vodacom account. I have a default as bad debt written off which is not the case as it was paid in full. Transunion act ignorant to their mistakes and do not get back to me.
