Credit record is in correct

Hi my credit record i cant seem to find out whats happening on it i tried online i faxed them the papers no luck and then they list debts that has prescribe whats happening

one company microfin listed me as a slow payer why the lady the money by using other peoples accounts she is paying it back why must i pay for it its not my fault

why must i struggle to get things sorted out please peter help me
