Name still on default

Good Day,

I'm writing this complain, The reason for the complain is that I was handed over due to unpaid loan that I took, with cash centre. I was listed on the default section on the 20Aug 2013 I requested a settlement letter from cash centre of which I received. I made the payment and received my paid up letter on the 27Aug 2013. The lady from cash centre told me that they send their data through on a daily basis to transunion and it takes 3 to 4 weeks before my name could be cleared. She then sent an email to transunion to let them know that my account has been settled in full and they should update their records. Still my name has not been removed from the default section. It reflects badly on my profile. another email was sent on the 29November 2013 and she copied me on the email, can this issued be resolved.
