I'm really dissapointed with the bureu and its practices, I was listed by a certain organization for an outstanding debt from 2003 whilst still schooling, upon trying to get financing for a vehicle last year March Wesbank declined and advised me of my credit default, I contacted a couple of institutions to get details and briefing of the procedures to settle this debt which I duly did! I paid the debt in cash and recieved documentation that confirms reciept of the funds as well as that the process of updating the debt as paid in full at ITC could take up to 14 days. It's been close to a year since I've settled that debt and the past couple of weeks I've been trying to acquire a cellphone contract and I've been turned down on 2 occassions by different Service Providers which was suprising to me cause I am under the impression that I'm of good credit worthiness! What's also surprising to me is that last year in July I signed a contract with Altech which was successful and I've been meeting my end of the deal by paying them accordingly.. all of a sudden I'm listed?? I'm really dissapointed with Transunion you're making my life a living!
