Poor service with the aim to cheat customers

I ahve a nedbank credit card, i cant load it on my internet banking it always gives me errors. on monthly basis they charge me R60 service fee and other fee for paying at the branch, meaning if i pay R100 for example it means i have not paid anything all the money goes into charges which is absurd.
but the main thing that me off is you cannot do any inquiry about the Credit card at the branch but you always have to call this stupid number. for all queries related to the credit card, which is useless because i pay my monthly installment at the branch they even failed to tell me my outstanding balance.
now i want to close this thing and they are also referring to that stupid call center...

recently they debited my account R620 but all payments never reflected on my credit card payments but was on my nebank statement...
every time i pay beneficiaries with my internet banking i get charged R7 for a single payment calculate if i was 50 beneficiaries.

i used to love this bank after STD Bank failed me but now i find myself back at STD Bank.

Nedbank!!! sorry for the hash words but you failed me big time
