I was involved in an accident with my motor bike on 2nd of June, I have put in my claim with my broker Enbridge on the 6th of June which I haven't get any response from them, I have to keep on calling them to find out of what is happening with my claim and the lady by the name of Joanitta Belton told me that she have already sent all my Documents to Zurich and she still waiting for the response from, I then decided to phone Zurich myself where I spoke to Isaac, I am so sorry I didn't get his second name, he told me that I am not allowed to call them I can only call my broker but not Zurich which I have explained to him that I never got any response from my broker that is why I am following up with them myself because this is really unacceptable I mean 2Months is very long for this matter to be resolved, he then promised to call me back the same day which he never did and I had to call him back the next day and he was giving me excuses that he had meetings to attend that is why he never called me back, I am sure he should have told me that he had meetings before he promised to call me back, to cut the matter short why cant I get the claim paid out as my premiums are paid monthly???
