I would just like to say that I have never come across such bad service with an insurance company like I have with Zurich Insurance. A third party claim has been lodged with them in April 2013 and to date has not been settled. They claim to have sent me emails, which never happened until I lodged a complaint via telephone.
They need to think further than trying their utmost not to pay a claim and think how best they can serve a client, perhaps with good service they might actually take on new clientele. But the way that they have handled my claim, I would never recommend them.
I will stay with Outsurance, they always give excellent service.
