Absolutely slow and in-efficient

My partner was involved in an accident where Zurich is the party which covers the vehicle responsible for the accident, all requirements was adhered to fore the 3rd party claim yet we are still being given the run around, Zurich is not following up on the details needed to finalise the claim and expecting me to do all the work yet this is their job. they police report from both parties is not even in Zurich possession. we need answers on when the balance of information will be obtained and action needs to happen immediately and stop with the excuses. we have a car that cannot be driven or it will pose a danger to other on the road due to the damage. staff needs to be sent on how to handle claims, or maybe they have been already and advised to give the run around for 3rd party claims so not to pay. seems this is the norm from the other reports I read
