Third party claim - 1 month and counting

On the 18th of November 2013 a client of Zurich insurance company bumped into my car causing significant damage to the right front door, right front fender and right front wheel which has resulted in me not being able to use my car and struggle with public transport to get around. The guilty party accepted responsibility and said he'd engage with his insurance to get this matter settled, which he did. After the claim was lodged and all the necessary heaps of documentation was submitted I'm still waiting to hear from Zurich on my claim as I need my car fixed. I also received an email from Zurich on the 10th of December saying that my claim had been allocated to a third party negotiator who would take 7 days to look at my file. As I write this, today is the 9th day that I'm still waiting. I called this morning and was told that Mpho Masemola who is handling my claim is on leave. This is absolutely ridiculous! Take responsiblity for your clients mistakes! I'm the one who now has to suffer and resort to public transport.
