I already complain about this people and they responded that they will get back to me and they did. They gave me options to choose from the phone I chose they said they going to deliver it Tomorrow but late yesterday they phone me to tell me again the phone I chose they dont make it anymore AGAIN. They want me to down grade cause I am insured for Blackberry 9300 and they gave me options like Nokia C3 wich is not even half the ammount I am insured for. I am digusted with this peoples service really cause since I claimed Insurance in December I still pay my insurance every month and this is the way they treat me. Not even someone from Management can phone as I already did complain about them. I would like someone from Management to phone so that we can sort this thing out please.
