On 14 April 2013, my phone was and I sent Finrite Administrators all my documents to get my phone replaced. Three weeks later, I am still waiting to get a new phone because Finrite cannot get hold of any stock for my type of phone, which is highly understandable because they don't make the type of phone anymore! It is Finrite's responsibility to get me a new phone that falls within the same value bracket as the phone as they cant get my initial phone. Gugu has been helpful from the beginning, but i'm now sick and tired of waiting for a phone without even a clue of when I'm receiving it. Replacing a phone is a simple process and i dont think Finrtie understands the pressure I'm going through without one, I cant work, I cant access emails, which is really tarnishing my job. I pay my instalments every month without fail knowing that should anything go wrong with my phone, i'll have it replaced because its a high necessity for me due to my work. If Finrite cant get stock of my phone, you should get me another phone which has the same features and is the same price the blackberry torch was insured for!
