My phone a Blackberry 9300 was I claimed insurance and everything went well they told me I must pay a excess fee of R1000 because I claimed within Two Monts and I did. After I paid the excess fee they tell me that they dont make the Blackberry 9300 anymore I have to pay another R400 to get the Blackberry 9320. Why didnt he told me before because it took me two months to pay the excess fee and he should have known they dont make it anymore. I am Sorry but im not going to pay another amount I just want the phone back witch I was insured for. They want to give me anther phone with that value but it has to be another model like a Nokia or something but I did not insure a Nokia or anther Model.
