No responce for cellphone claim

On january 24th i lost my phone that was still new, i bought it at game and they said i must pay for insurance in order to get new1 if i lost this one, then i lost it than i called the insurance, they said i must submit some documents i dd, and the terms said i must pay R1000 becouse it was BlackBerry 8520 coverd for R2000, i deposited that money and the lady asked for my adress as if they gonna deliver it soon, next thing she called once and i couldnt reach and he alled other no i gave hime incase she dnt get me and left a message ther saying they dont have phone i want on stock i must add R400 to get BB9320 or choose on nokias, which i dnt understand how and why did i insured it if i wont get it, if i try to communicate by myself with here i get no responce bt i stil pay for insurance, its been 2months now without phone, no call, no email responce nothing, is it possible to get refund becouse i cnt sand for this, she shuld explai that to me and i cnt take nokia phone, and how long does it take to havestock?
