I purchased goods from Clicks in Monument Park yesterday. The transaction went through at the bank. I have sms, bankstatement and dispute logged at bank as proof. The cashier insisted that I must give my card again to him to swipe and stated that he will just reverse it. My question: How can you reverse a transaction which was declined on (clicks) side but the bank confirmed that the transaction was successful?!? The cashier had an expression on his face of dissapointment and not that of concern and this led me to believe that I might be a victim of possible transaction. The Manager Colin was very helpful, I phoned him yesterday to state that I logged a dispute at the bank, and it will take 12 days to investigate. Thus, I left the store, with my goods which I have proof that I paid for, and did not pay again. Why must I pay again for something which was paid for according to my bank. I cannot pay twice, I do not have that kind of money. I would appreciate Clicks Head Office to contact me with reference to this matter. Should the bank refund me after 12 working days, I will glady pay clicks in cash, however for the time being, my banks forensic team will be investigating
