Disgraced and disappointed by Nedbank!!

On the 28 Feb 2013, my loan instalment was deducted. To my dismay a further R 1000-00 was debited from my account again on 02 Mar, resulting in my other debit orders not going through and my account being overdrawn and charges in the amount of R180-00. I went to the branch in Kimberley to correct this and ask for the reversal of the charges, as these could not possibly be justified under the circumstanes, and to this point my complaint has not been addressed! They refunded the R 1000-00 as a cheque!!! and now I have been waiting for the amount to clear! how rude is this! that is like spitting on my face! on top of that, my request to have the wrongful bank charges reversed, has not even been addressed!! they are not willing to even go an extra mile to alleviate the inconvenience and prejudice they caused. Whilst in the Branch, I spoke to a certain "Cindy" from head office, who made me hold the line for what seemed like days, for a supervisor or manager who didn't even talk to me! This is a disgrace for an institution we entrust with our money!!! To be made to run around like a headless chicken for what is yours!!!
