I settled my account for my Nissan Hardbody on the 5th of March, 2013 and requested the vehicle documents on the 7th of March, 2013.The consultant promised to have the documents delivered by the 12th of March, 2013, when I called today (12th March, 2013) I was told the request was only processed today which is unacceptable, when I offered to pick up the documents I was told by the consultant that it was not possible then promised that I would receive a follow call around 2 o'clock which never happened. I have wasted time 12minutes and money from my personal phone calling to check if the document wil be delivered, had i not checked i would have waited in vain withot=ut any explaination. I really needed those documents urgently i am very angry.
