I called for my credit card limit to be increased by R 5000 and the agent based my scoring on my salary, i have asked her to check my account records for the past year or 2 because there are funds going in and out of the same account weekly but she insisted on proof while proof is on her system. i also informed her that there is no way i can get statements for my child maintenance as it comes directly to my 5 year old's account and the dad is the account holder of which Im no longer with. How do i escalate this?
