Not our problem

I was in an accident with my car which is insured with your company almost a month ago.
I had to phone numerous times and today I was told that your panel beaters don't have parts for my car.
This is pathetic.
When I asked why you don't just get the parts from the manufacturer Volkswagen. I was told that you only use your own suppliers.
This is the most reason I hear of in my life.
Why would you use other suppliers which does not have parts for my car instead of the car manufacturers?
Now I am stuck with the damaged car until you feel like sourcing the parts for my car, which I already paid you the premium increase on as well.
This is quite possibly the stupidest policy's I have heard of in my life.
What is even worse is that no one can tell me when you will get the parts, this does not seem to bother your employees at all.
