Phoned Call Centre to increase my Credit Card limit for EFT payment for flight tickets. Euclid was the "consultant" and verified my details, asked for my salary, monthly expenses and then instructed me to fax my salary slip. I mentioned that I am a Prestige Account holder and that all my details were part of my profile and that I had increased my limit in the past telephonically without the need for a faxed salary advice. The arrogant response I received was that my request could not be fulfilled without the salary slip. I phoned the Call Centre again and this time I was assisted by Zwete (?) who very quickly and efficiently increased the limit! Come on, Sandard Bank, get your Call Centre training right. Different requirements depending on which "consultant" answers the call!
