Just get it done

I went into your Cresta branch in Nov to update my cellphone number and add limits to my internet banking. NOT DONE CORRECTLY seeing as I still cannot add a beneficiery or do anything on my banking except look at my balance. I then sent emails to your support team asking them to add my personal loan onto my banking profile so that I could pay the monthly installment from my Nedbank account. NOT DONE. SO now I am behind in my payment on my personal loan. I do not have time to go into the branch again seeing as I work 6 days a week. Just sort it out
