Bad/Incomplete Service

Went into FNB in Piet Retief to change my contact Cell Number, It was only changed so that I can receive sms's of purchases or cash withdrawals. All other areas, for example: online shopping, receiving of OTP's for online shopping, (Certified by VISA) changing of passwords etc, gets sent to my old cellphone number, and even when I, myself try to change the details for this on my online banking, I'm asked to enter an OTP, which, guess what?!? gets sent to my old cellphone number. I don't see the point of sitting in a queue for 45 minutes only to have to contact them again to change my contact number in all other areas of banking and then being told I'll have to go into the branch AGAIN!!! Because they can't do it over the phone. I feel one should be told if your cellphone number is not going to be changed in all areas, or the person that helps you should see the changes through to the end...
