I put in a claim of insurance on my personal loan in september 2012 & i was assisted by a guy by the name of evans, that guy was rude to me from the moment he called me, i when i asked him questions about the cover he said i must read my documents, he didnt call me to explain anything!!! on top of that it took him 5months to process my claim, i had to send the same document four times & everytime i spoke to that guy he was just rude to me, @ one point he even called me back just to argue with me, & then i called the nedbank complains department & spoke to chelsan, who was unproffessional & he told me that they are repudiating my claim & when i asked ablout the fact that i also complained about the horrible service i got from evans, he said he couldnt help with that. & then today i speak to a jabob his line was very faint, couldnt hear what he was saying & he actually hung the phone on me & after he hangs up i called to a lady who didnt give me her name & she decided to put my call through without even trying to understand why i called... i mean really what kind of service is this? i am so dissapointed but more in disbelief that nedbank employs such incompetent people!!!
