Bad Aattitude and no service

I have a personal loan with Ned bank which i have been paying very well for a year now this morning my account was debited 2 times so i called to find out why then i spoke to a lady called itumeleng and i explained to her that i need to find out why my premiums went off 2 times, then she said that there was nothing she could do i should send the bank statement then i asked to speak to the manager and Craig came to the phone and he was very very rude and he said he was the accounting manager there is northing he can do for me i should just go and get the bank statement, he never ans all my question but just very rude, as i was speaking to Craig, Janine came to the phone and said am too long on the phone with her consultant how can she help me who was also very rude, i asked her why would she tell me that am long on the phone if i called her and i don't have ans and money was taken from my account (5702.00) and am looking for ans and my money back all i need from Ned bank is my money back to day, 2. why would a consultant that he is the manager when i requested to speak to a manager. i fell this is very very unprofessional & craig is the the manager for nedbank but a consulta
