System dont pick up payments

To whom it may concern:

ive called your loans dept 3 times on the 04/01 spoke to innocentia then on the 07/01 spoke to venchesko and now today spoke to Durel (very rude and arrogant doesnt give me time to speak) and then to supervisor Geniveve who just makes blady excuses after excuses, they can nicely say on the voice prompts that we clients give right to debit in december before due date and the can nicely say on your salary, ive transferred money from one account to another and they just debit it with out notification with in 2 secs, and it wasnt evens my salary you stupids, they tell me their system cant pick up difference between ibt and a salary deposit but on your bank statement they can show you the difference... please stop sending me vark smses when my account is upto date i cant help you have operating it, ive paid my account for december and its almost a month later and you telling me its still over due but you can see all my payments on my statement and you can tell me telephonically its up to date
