Please tell me WHY are you asked on what date of the month are you getting paid?? "What date of the month can we debit your account???
I took out a loan with FNB and after approval we argreed that my account can be debited on the 27th of every month.. Now every month my account is being debited on the 30th then the 2nd then the 3rd then they dont debit... Now I get calls that they will double debit me end of the month, again I was asked WHAT DAY OF THE MONTH??? But still they debit on the last day or later.
Best part is some guy calling me telling me that FNB is experiencing me as a problem. So how do you work with clients and how do you speak with your customers. "How can we help you??? " Yah Right!!!
When i lost it, the guy told me: Do you know what, you cannot speak to us like that, you have paid your monthly installment (After he spoke to me like I was not a customer) I am going to take the rest of the money in your account and we will debit you again next month. And here comes the million dollar question. What day of the month can we debit your account? Seriously??
The Same with the IPAD device!!! Debiting 3 days before Salary is paid!!
