After getting my vehicle back from the panel beaters I saw my Radio was. After investigating myself I found that my radio was at Outsurance storage facility in Midrand. I contacted outsurance and they said that they will investigate and give me feedback. Short while later Zandi contacted me asking what radio it was. Outsurance should have it on record as the vehicle was assessed at Glassfit before the vehicle could be insured. They took down all the radio's detail there. I advised Zandi that it was a SONY frontloader, mp3 with a usb and aux. She told me that she is getting quotes and she will let me know where to take my car. She sent me to A&J in PTA.A much cheaper radio was fitted. They did not replace any cables. They only connected existing wiring with new once and sealed it up with tape. And to add insult to injury, the radio was fitted in the street as they do not have facilities to do work like this. I am very disgusted
