I bought a car from Benoni Citi in July 2011. When ordering the car I requested and paid for a 6 disc shuttle radio. When I enquired about the radio as the radio which was paid for and fitted was not what was promised the dealership arranged to replace the radio for a radio for the same value as which I paid for. I queried the difference and all assurance was given the radios are of the same value. Now I took my vehicle to another dealership for a quotation and this dealership informed me the radio currently in my car is only R4080 worth where I paid R15000 for a radio. I have phoned again and send a letter to the Dealership but still haven't had any response from the dealership. I have had numerous calls and requests and no response back at all from Benoni Citi
