I ordered and bought a vehicle from Benoni Citi in July 2011. When ordering the vehicle I requested that I want a radio with a 6 disc CD shuttle. I was informed that a NAVSAT radio will be installed for which I paid R15000 extra. When I fetched the vehicle the radio could only take 1 CD at a time... I tried to phone the Dealer with whom I had the deal signed just to find out that he was discharged from Benoni Citi due to promises made to customers which could not be kept or done. When I queried the radio with the Dealership Principal she insisted to replace the radio with what I wanted and she assured me that the radio is worth just a much as the one I paid for originally. Much to my dismay I took my vehicle to another dealership last week as I was thinking of trading in my vehicle for a new GOLF 7 and they informed me that the radio which was installed into my vehicle is only worth R4080. This after I have queried the difference in money 3 or 4 times... Last time about the 18th of January 2013 as I renewed my insurance for my vehicle and needed the radio cost...
