I changed my vehicle insurance to Outsurance. My car was broken into and my radio was. Outsurance doesnt want to cover for my car radio. They said its my own fault because I didnt specify that I had one. My radio is a factory fitted radio that came with the car. When I took out the insurance they didnt ask me whether I had one or not.
The service I got was shocking as well. The consultant took over 3 weeks to process my claim. She wouldnt reply to my emails, was always unavailable when I tried to call. She also, saying she will get back to me in a certain amount of time, then I didnt hear from her again until I contacted her. Shocking service
