Policy differs on claim amounts Be AWARE

I've got a vehicle policy with SA Underwriters. On page 9 of the insurance document it stated :- Radio/Tape/CD Player - 10% of Claim with Minimum of R350

when I phoned to lodge a claim they told me the access is R2500.00 and that the radio was fitted and insured with the vehicle therefore the claim falls into the category and that is why the access is so high.i

This is discusting as a radio don't even cost that much.
