They didn't want to replace my card

On the 9th I went to deposit money @FNB randburg square... unfourtunately my card was snatched from me just as I was done with the deposit 3mins after that a notification came through reporting. R3000withdrawal that I didn't do... I then blocked my card... I went there yestday so that I can fill forms and replace my card was told that they card replace it because my permit is still pending... the lady Tinny was her name was so rude to me she didn't even want to listen to my story... the thing is I opened this account with my reference letter with my reference number from the home affairs... it was ok then but now that I want a new card its not ok... i asked her to varify whatever she wanted with the home affairs if its all possible because I need my card I need to access my funds... I went on to call their customer care the lady said she will call me back but till now I haven't received any feedback...
