Here is what I wrote to FNB on 1 Feb 2013. I have never had a reply.

On 2 visits to Clicks my credit card was declined. After the first "decline", I went to FNB and was told my credit card was fine. My credit card was also declined at PicknPay yesterday. This is a new card. I am wanting to replace my Standard Bank card with this one but how can I depend on the FNB card if I get random declines?
