CARD SWALLOWED

I went to the ATM this morning and as i inserted my card, the machine went offline because it was being serviced. My card was then cancelled by the bank and the lady who was servicing the ATM machine retrieved my card and said I ought to head to thwe collection desk to replace my card. They charged me R75 to replace my card (mind you this is the second time this incident has happened which means I have paid FNB R150 to replace a card that their machine keeps on swallowing). And i was highly disgusted by the staff's lack of empathy and understanding. It is absolutely disgusting what FNB has been doing to me and I have had enough of the service I pay for!
