Pathetic

I went into a FNB branch at Monument park to replace my card, there was no cue when I got there but it still took about 40 minutes to replace my card, the lady was walking back and fourth and having conversations with other staff about nothing with no concern that there was a client there, I really need to replace my card so I waited for her to carry on, after all that waiting and her smacking the keyboard, I left the branch and when I tried using my card later that day, it didn't work... 40 minutes of my life wasted on nothing but absolutely shocking service and much undesired bad attitude. I am absolutely livid and disgusted.
