Judging by your record here I don't even know if I should bother writing my complaint. You guys are pathetic! Its been 2 months since i lodged a claim for my mom's stay in hospital. Date of complaint is 7th November 2013. I was sent from pillar to post. First you needed more documents, I sent them. Claim numbers 795204 and 795213. After calling a few times to check i was told to email the documents to another email address I did. Then there is no feedback. How long is 17 days for you guys?? And nobody bothers to call with an update. I must be the one calling after you. And when I do call I can't get any concrete answer. You need to be reported to the Ombudsman as you are taking people for a ride! So many complaints here and all you provide is your standard reply!
