DEATH CLAIM

I have submitted all necessary documents that were requested from me and my sister, with regards to the death claim of my late father. Documents were submitted to Old Mutual in their joburg branch on the 06 December 2012, When I called the call centre they said everything is in order, they do not need anything from our side, called again in February 2013, I was told that our file is with the trustees, When I called on 08/04/2013 I was told that we need to submit other documents.

We never received any call from their side... or email to inform me if they need any docs from us.
