I have been struggling to get a simple response from essential with regards to my claim. I have sent emails and left messges for someone to attend to my claim. I refuse to deal with Andiswa as she has failed to provide feedback on my queries. i am happy i am no longer with them because i have been experiencing problems from the day my brother had to be admitted in hospital, and now i am struggling to get a simple response as to what is happening with my claim and as to when the money will be paid back into my account. the serviceis disguting and unproffessional. pol #12016450
