When you work for a call centre you have to listen, where the customer is young, black or whatever... This Debby woman just failed me in many ways. She never listen to what I wanted to know about my policy, I am keeping her line occupied as she is busy wanting to serve other customers. *busy* service bull service.
All i wanted was someone to change a few details and correct errors made by the previous consultant.
She does sound like a person who is trained. Or is she frustrasted on a monday afternoon. Such people need to be removed from the call centres. we need more vibrant and pro active people with great listening skills and patience.
