I received a call one of the marketing or sales, her name is sibongile, she ask me if i have a moment i said no, she said but u don't know what i have to offer, i said i was not interested, i told her i was busy an if i want something i know where to go, she kept me forcing me to listen, first thing you don't call at my work number aforcing me to listen to the sales people who wants commission and i ask her to speak to her manager she then dropped the phone. So called the call centre i spoke to the guy meagan, he told me he will speak to the manager to find out if that's how people are trained to be like that on the phone, he said he will phone me back after an hour but even today he did not get back. Bad service, empty promises, worse part of it I'm not using 8ta had never and will never. That's why we choose company who are fully trained and when someone says they're not interested, they're not interested. Simple do not force.
